Briggs Diabetic Monitoring Flow Sheet is designed for use by either diet or insulin (sliding scale) controlled diabetics. The Flow Sheet is designed to record the elements related to glucose testing as well as physician notification of abnormal values outside of desired ranges. The amount of insulin given based on testing results, including the site of administration, is recorded for insulin-controlled residents.
