This Pain Assessment Collection Tool corresponds with the Resident Interview/Staff Assessment found in the MDS 3.0 v1.18.11 Item Sets. This updated version of the MDS 3.0 will be implemented on October 1, 2023. The resident is interviewed to assess PAIN:
