Assess a resident's capability to self-administer medications in either the Assisted Living or Long-Term Care community with Briggs Medication Self-Administration Assessment.
Eighteen (18) parameters are assessed to determine a resident's ability to take his/her own medication(s) safely and accurately.
The form includes notification of physician, resident/representative signature, and prompt for inclusion on service/care plan.
There is also space provided for comments/notes as well as the next re-revaluation date.
