The Functional Abilities (Section GG) - Interim Payment Assessment worksheet is designed for use in gathering the section GG data for the ARD and previous 2 days. Not only is Section GG used for payment classification, but it is and will continue to be used for SNF Quality Reporting Measures. Failure to encode these items properly could result in a 2% reduction in your reimbursement!
This worksheet is designed to collect data for all shifts for all OBRA assessments after the admission assessment during the resident's stay.
