Valuables Envelope 3-Part

Securing and tracking patient valuables is easy with Briggs’ specially designed valuable envelopes. Record contents, disposition, and patient acknowledgement on the exterior then securely fasten valuables in the envelope.

Part 1 of this unique 3-ply form is the patient copy. Ply 2 may be filed in the office or chart. The 3rd ply is the actual envelope with a self-adhesive flap.
