Briggs the Nursing Evaluation/Data Collection provides for admission, readmission, significant change or another event's evaluation of the resident's status at that point in time.
The Functional Status - ADLs section has been updated to incorporate the areas addressed in Section GG of the MDS 3.0 Item Set. Also updated was the inclusion of additional assistive devices and nursing restorative programs to reflect interventions in place.
