Use Briggs Inventory of Personal Effects for easy, convenient recording of resident belongings received at the time of admission and throughout the stay in the facility.

It includes identification of items of specific monetary value as well as items acquired after entry and identification/notes of lost or damaged items.  Space is provided on the reverse to note additional comments


Signatures from Resident/Responsible Party and Staff acknowledge the accuracy of belongings listed upon admission and that all items are accounted for upon discharge of the resident from the facility.
