Bed Hold Notice
Briggs Bed-Hold Notice form provides the needed documentation that the resident/resident representative was given written notice of the bed-hold and return to facility policies when admitting to a hospital and/or going on vacation or therapeutic leave from the facility.
Allows the resident/resident representative to inform the facility of his/her choice to hold/not hold their bed at the facility.
