QAPI/QAA Program for F608 – Reporting Reasonable Suspicion of a Crime – Annual Subscription
The primary purpose of this QAPI/QAA program is to measure the staff member’s knowledge and competency level concerning reporting reasonable suspicion of a crime against a resident, who is required to report the suspicion of a crime, and to whom and how the report is to be made.
A competency evaluation exam consisting of fifteen (15) true and false statements is included and have been developed from the current F608 regulations and interpretive guidelines.
Upon completion of the exam analysis, you can easily identify if there are any F608 regulatory requirements in which the staff may require additional training or instruction to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the protocols for reporting reasonable suspicion of a crime.
