QAPI/QAA Program for F607 – Abuse Prevention Policies and Procedures – Annual Subscription

The primary purpose of this QAPI/QAA program is to measure the staff members knowledge and competency level concerning the facility’s Abuse Prevention Policies and Procedures.

A competency evaluation exam consisting of fifteen (15) true and false statements is included and have been developed from the current F607 regulations and interpretive guidelines.

Upon completion of the exam analysis, you can easily identify if there are any F607 regulatory requirements in which staff members may require additional training or instruction to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the facility’s abuse prevention policies and procedures.

Materials are delivered electronically by Regs-In-A-Flash, LLC and will require the end user's contact name and email address. Please allow up to 7 business days for fulfillment. Price is for single-facility access.  Multi-site licenses must be quoted.
