QAPI/QAA Program for F603 – Freedom from Involuntary Seclusion – Annual Subscription
The primary purpose of this QAPI/QAA program is to measure the staff member’s knowledge and competency level concerning the resident’s right to be Free from Involuntary Seclusion.
A competency evaluation exam consisting of eighteen (18) true and false statements is included and have been developed from the current F603 regulations and interpretive guidelines.
Upon completion of the exam analysis, you can easily identify if there are any F603 regulatory requirements in which the staff may require additional training or instruction to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the resident’s right to be free from involuntary seclusion which is defined as separation of a resident from other residents or from his/her room or confinement to his/her room against the resident/representative’s will.
