QAPI/QAA Program for F561 – Resident Choices – Annual Subscription
The primary purpose of this QAPI/QAA program is to measure the staff member’s overall knowledge and competency level concerning the resident’s right to make choices about his/her daily care routine, interests, and preferences, and the facility’s support of those choices.
A competency evaluation exam consisting of fourteen (14) true and false statements which have been developed from the current F561 regulations and interpretive guidelines.
Upon completion of the exam analysis, you can easily identify if there are any F561 regulatory requirements in which the staff may require additional training or instruction to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the resident’s right to make choices.
