Counting fetal movements is one way the expectant mother can play an important role in the health and development of her baby. Completed by the patient and brought to the office each visit, this form records the number of movements made by the baby each day as counted by the mother, providing a profile of the baby’s activity during the final weeks of pregnancy.
Clear, easy to follow instructions on how to count are quickly customized per patient and clearly printed on the form. Instructions on when to immediately notify the physician in the event no movement is felt are also included.
