Identi-Code Dots - Code Status - DNR

Identify code status at a glance.

Patients and residents with DNR orders can quickly be identified using Briggs Identi-Code Dots. Identi-Code dots are 3/4 round labels which are applied to the underside of a patients or residents ID bracelet. When an emergency arises, a staff member can quickly look under the ID band for the brightly colored dot. The DNR information contained on the dot should always be verified with the information contained in the residents chart.

It is important to remember to reapply the dots whenever the ID bracelets are changed or replaced.

Identi-Code Dots are waterproof and have a permanent adhesive. The dots should be allowed to sit for several hours after application for maximum adhesion. There are 250 Identi-Code Dots per dispenser box.
